Are we forgetting about Foyet, who was active the entire time between Omnivore and 100? -HI

Or we can never see him again. It's not the first to get away, and as he has been identified, the BAU job is done. Well see... or not :D - Mvpl TALK (CM Wiki Admin)
No, not really. He's dead now so he's not active anymore. And who are the other criminals who had escaped and were never seen again? Joekido 22:46, November 19, 2010 (UTC)

The point was, Foyet was "active" between those 2 episodes. As far as Wyland, I think a more accurate status would be "at large", since we don't know for sure if he will actually be active. He may go into hiding permanently. The term at large is the typical status used by law enforcement to describe a fugative, which Wyland is now. -HI
Then we should put him at large, until he appears in the series again (which he might not). Joekido 23:03, November 19, 2010 (UTC)
I concur. Anyone else? -HI
I hadn't said they were never seen again, just that they got away. If Foyet and Frank, on their own free will, decided to come back to wreak havoc... ;) The point I was really trying to do is that, even if a criminal is identified but not caught, the BAU job is done and it's a realistic situation. - Mvpl TALK (CM Wiki Admin)
PS I think too that "at large" is the most accurate term we can use :)
