Why is she listed as Incarcerated/Institutionalized? No indications in the episode that she was underage or psychotic, other than just being totally hateful. e.g. when she shouted at her parents at the end of the episode, it was all just rage ala when Charles Johnson threw the soda can in the interrogation room.
