Ryan Gibson is an American television writer.

Very little is known about Gibson's early life. He graduated from the State University of New York, Albany, after which he became a production assistant for the shows Friends and Rock Me Baby. Gibson also worked as a writer's assistant for the show Missing, which gave him experience that he used while producing and writing over fifteen indie films. In 2009, he wrote the short film Silent Night. The following year, he wrote an episode for the CBS-produced police-procedural drama series Criminal Minds. Gibson hasn't acquired any other credits since.

Criminal MindsEdit

Gibson has co-written the Season Five episode Solitary Man alongside Kimberly Ann Harrison. It is his only episode for Criminal Minds to date.
