Jessica Lauren Graff is an American actress and stunt-woman best known for her appearances in the hit obstacle course show American Ninja Warrior.

BiographyEdit

Graff was born on January 12, 1984, in New York City, New York, to Tom Graff and Ginny MacColl. Growing up, Graff was very athletic, having started practicing gymnastics when she was 9 years old, becoming a pole-vaulter and track runner in high school, and even holding the pole vaulting record while she was enrolled at both the George Institute of Technology and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. When she graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2007, she moved to Los Angeles in hopes of becoming a stuntwoman. Apart from doing stuntwork in over 60 TV shows and movies, Graff has also portrayed characters in shows such as Supergirl, NCIS, Castle, and Criminal Minds.

Very recently, Graff is getting recognition for her work on the obstacle course competition show American Ninja Warrior. First competing in the fifth season, Graff managed to gain fame for being the first woman to qualify for the ability to compete in a city finals course. She later topped this feat 3 seasons later by becoming the first woman to get up the show's new 14 1/2-foot Warped Wall, then beating her own record for the highest finish by a woman in a city competition (getting second place out of a possible fifteen), then finally becoming the first woman to complete Stage 1 of Mount Midoriyama.

On Criminal MindsEdit

Graff portrayed Tracy Copper, a jogger that was murdered by serial-turned-spree killer Earl Bulford, in the Season Five episode The Eyes Have It. In addition, Graff has also done some stunt work for the series, appearing in the Season Eleven episode The Night Watch (in which she was an uncredited stunt double for Marina Benedict).
