Robert LeRoy "Rob" Hughes was an American actor.

Biography[]

Hughes created several theatre pieces as a college undergraduate, his most prominent being Card Game. He later studied acting in both New England and New York, as well as performing in theatres there. Hughes returned to California where his career officially began in 1968. He founded his own theatre lab and continued to experiment with pieces. Hughes eventually left the lab and joined an LA improvisational group until it disbanded. Hughes continued to act and perform for several years as well as working several businesses.

Hughes died of undisclosed causes on May 25, 2019, aged 73.

Hughes portrayed Paul Larson, the abusive father of abductor Tom Larson, in the Season Eleven episode "Target Rich".
