Nicole Jones is an abductor and accomplice of killer Sue Walsh, who appeared in the Season Nine episode of Criminal Minds, "Gabby".
Background[]
Little is known about Jones' past, other than she somehow came into the "disrupted adoption" criminal business, taking in children who were quickly given away by overwhelmed adoptive parents by saying that she knew how to deal with troubled kids. She also seemed to be acquainted with Michelle Fader and Michael Feehan, a criminal duo also involved in disrupted adoption.
Gabby[]
In the episode, Jones seals a deal with Sue Walsh to take Gabby Hoffer, whom She is watching, off her hands. She abducts Hoffer while Walsh is at a convenience store, purchasing food and drinks. When investigators searching for Hoffer begin to close in, Jones panics and goes to Fader and Feehan, the former having also offered to take Hoffer from Walsh, and gives Hoffer away to her. The BAU later arrive at Jones' residence, where they confront her in a barn. When asked where Hoffer is, Jones replies that she is gone. She is last seen being arrested and presumably taken off to jail for her role in Walsh's crimes.
Modus Operandi[]
Jones abducted Hoffer by driving her dark van beside Walsh's car, blocking it from the view of security cameras. She then snatched her from the backseat of the car and then drove off.
