Karen Gaviola is an American television director.
Biography[]
Gaviola started a directorial career, directing episodes for the TV series Lost, one of which won her the 2007 NAACP Image Award for her work. She has served as director for over 80 TV shows, including NCIS: Los Angeles, Sons of Anarchy, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Grimm, Criminal Minds, and Chicago Fire. Recently, Gaviola was nominated for The WIN Awards 2013 for the Outstanding Director category, and was also elected, on June 2013, as a Directors Guild of America board alternate for a term of two years.
