Trivia[]
- Though this is the sixth episode of the season, it aired a week before If the Shoe Fits, the next episode, both episodes being scheduled out-of-order.
- Travis Gibson, who guest-stars as Jake McCauley, is the middle son of Thomas Gibson, who portrays Hotch on the show and is also the director of this episode. Also, Gibson's daughter Agatha plays an uncredited role as the trickster girl the camera follows until it finds McCauley. In addition, his oldest son James shadowed him behind-the-scenes to learn how an episode of a TV series is prepared, directed, and edited.
Goofs[]
- The boy abducted in this episode, Hunter Callaghan, is mistakenly referred to as Hunter Olson by Rossi later in the episode.
