Guest CastEdit

  • "Main Title" by Mark Mancina
  • "Anonymous" by Bobby Valentino (feat. Timbaland)
  • "Mended Souls" by Casey Hurt

Bookend QuotesEdit

  • Kate Callahan: "Death is the only god that comes when you call." Roger Zelazny
  • David Rossi: "As life runs on, the road grows strange with faces new. And near the end, the milestones into headstones change, 'neath every one a friend." James Russell Lowell

TriviaEdit

  • The episode is a tribute to Meshach Taylor, who portrayed recurring character Harrison Scott. Taylor died of colorectal cancer on June 28, 2014, following his second appearance in The Road Home, which in turn was his last acting performance. Joe Mantegna, a friend of Taylor's and the actor who portrays Rossi, requested this tribute to be featured in the episode he was contracted to direct.
  • A quote Scott says ("Scars remind us where we've been. They don't have to dictate where we're going.") was previously recited by Rossi in the Season Five episode The Slave of Duty.
